Creating a new employee in TMT for TINA Edit

1. Open and login to TMT (Transman)
2. Click on "Employees" in the 


3. Fill out all required fields marked with " * ". For "Employee ID:" use the first four of letters of the last name, and the first for letters of the first name of the employee. (i.e. Bradley Cooper would be COOPBRAD)
Classification, Pay Grade, and Primary Shift will differ depending on the employees role. Reach out the hiring manager or HR to fill these fields out properly.




4. Press F6 on your keyboard to save the entry
5. Click on the "Misc" tab. Create a temporary password for the new employee (Temporary password needs to be changed within 2 weeks by reaching out to the  new employee, and generating a unique password). 



6. Press F6 on your keyboard to save the entry
