Creating a new Team Leader

1. Open System Administration
2. Login
3. Click on the down arrow (Labels) in the menu bar


4. Click on the drop down for "Field Name:" and select "TeamLeader"




5. Click on Insert in the menu bar (The instated field will populate at the bottom)



6.  Follow the format of the existing Team Leaders (I.E. Description should be the users Name, Abbr is the first 4 of the last name plus the first 2 of the first name, Code should be any number not currently in use, ExtraString1 should be the users login username, ExtraString2 should be the users hire date, and Email is the users full email address)

7. Once complete press crtl+s to save.
