1. Connect to the remote server FS-TRANZTEC and login
2. There should be an error message given for the failure, click "Copy the message to the clipboard"
3. Open SQL, sign in to fs-tmw3, click on "New Query" and paste the error message that was copied
4. There should be a "query command" highlight that command, and click "Execute"
5. You should receive similar message that the issue has been resolved.
6. Go back to the remote server FS-TRANZTEC, and verfiy that it is running again. I should look similar to this
7. If the error message from step 3 does not have a query command, then likely the file has failed multiple times, and cannot be transferred. This file needs to moved into the "MultipleFailures" folder to allow the server to run again. After the file has been moved, click "Ok" on the error message. The error message should look similar to this:
