1. Go to drivefs.okta.com and sign in
2. Click on Admin in the top right corner
3. On the left hand side menu, click on Directory Integrations under Directory.
4. You should see a list of active directories. Click on the FS.Rushville.local directory.
5. Click on Import from the top menu options, then search the name of the new user in the search bar. Click on the check box next to th right panel that says "NEW Okta user" then click "Confirm Assignments"

Confirm the new users information is correct before hitting "Confirm Assignment"
6. There should be a pop up screen confirming your choices. If you're ready you can check the box "Auto-activate users after confirmation", this will send the new user an email invite to okta.
7. If did not click the check box on step 6, then click on the left hand side menu, click on People under directory.
8. Find the new user in the list, and click "Activate" under status.
9. Once the new user has received the email invite, have them click "Activate Okta Account"
10. Have the new user select Set up under Okta Verify (they will be able to setup their phone number after this step)
11. Have the new user download the Okta Verify app on their smartphone, and scan the QR code in the next page.
12. The new user will be prompted to sign into their new Okta account.

Their login info should be the same has their windows credentials
13. After they have signed in, it should give them the option to verify using their phone number. Once they click setup it should have them type their phone number, and it will send them verification code via text message. Have them enter the code to verify their phone number.

This is recommended in case the user switches phones, and is unable to access the Okta Verify app
14. Once the new user has been setup with Okta Verify. Go to Active Directory, find the newly setup user, and remove NonTechMFA from their groups under Member of
15. Add "TecMFA" to the users group under Member of by clicking "Add....", type the word "tec" in the "Enter the object names to select" field, click "Ok", and then click "Apply"

16. Once the user has been setup, open "tecmanager" and uncheck the box labeled "Local Admin" under Enforce TecMFA
