How to Message a Single Driver
To start a conversation with your driver, open Gmail and compose a new message.
- To:
Fraley&Schilling@eleos.asr-solutions.com - Subject:
DriverID
**See the Note at the end for other email Subjects you can use. - Body:
Whatever you want to say to the driver goes here.
For example, If I want to message Ryan Schilling, my email would look like this:
The message will show up in the "Messages" section of F&S Connect:
The driver can reply by typing a message at the bottom of the screen and tapping "Send".
Ryan's response shows up in my email:
I click "Reply" on the button as though the driver emailed me and it goes back to the driver in the app:

How to message a group of drivers
As a fleet manager, you may want to send a message to all of the drivers assigned to you.
Very few team members have permission to message ALL DRIVERS. To message all drivers, the email subject will be: ALLDRIVERS
