AMS Silverlight error message

If you're experiencing an an issue where IWS (Interactive Workstation) will not load due to a Microsoft Silverlight issue, use the following steps to resolve this issue:

1. Open Microsoft Edge and go to Settings

2. Go to Default browser

3. Under "Allow sites to be reloaded in Internet Explorer mode (IE mode)" select Allow, and the press "Restart" to apply these changes. 

4. After the browser has restarted, select "Add" under "Internet Explorer mode pages" and enter the following address and click add: http://fs-webapp02/AMSEnterpriseApp/IWS/InteractiveWorkstation.aspx

This fix will only last 30 Days before it needs to be reapplied
